Ben Hawley, founder of Precision Vessel Management brings a life time of maritime experience and a degree from Florida Atlantic University to his work. As a 25-ton Master Captain and former Sea Tow Captain, Ben posses extensive hands-on expertise with vessels ranging from 13 to over 100 feet.
